Capability

One operation, from yarn to zip-track.

Outdoor screens are not a side product. Our partner weaves, dyes, coats, and assembles automatic shade mechanisms — including zip-track roller systems of the kind Clark configures to your openings.

  • Weaving

Mesh is produced in-house so openness, color, and width can be controlled for outdoor screening — not bought as leftover roll goods.

  • Dyeing & finishing

Color and finish are applied in the same operation, then checked before fabric is cut for a custom opening.

  • Functional coatings

Outdoor mesh receives the coatings the system is built around, rather than a decorative indoor textile adapted after the fact.

  • Mechanisms

Roller tubes, zip-track hardware, and automatic drives are developed as a complete shade system, not a motor dropped into an unrelated cassette.

  • Assembling

Each Clark screen is assembled to the width, height, finish, and operation submitted with the order.

Quality process

Checked from incoming material to finished cassette.

Our partner runs quality control from raw materials through finished goods. Clark reviews the specification you submit before production — dimensions, operation, finish, and fabric — so the package that ships is the package you configured.

  • Incoming mesh, coatings, and hardware are checked before they enter production.
  • Custom openings are cut and assembled to the submitted width, height, and motor side.
  • Finished systems are inspected, then wrapped, foam-cushioned, and braced in sealed cartons that are strapped to a wooden pallet for door-to-door freight.
