System specifications

- Custom zip-track patio screen: fabric, aluminum frame, roller, and drive packaged as one opening.
- Housing
- Extruded aluminum cassette. The roller and motor sit inside the housing, not as add-on boxes.
- Roller tube
- Reinforced 100 mm tube on every screen.
- Side guides
- Aluminum zip-track rails. Fabric edges stay locked in so the mesh remains taut in outdoor use.
- Bottom bar
- Weighted hem bar for a consistent drop and a clean close at the sill.
- Fabric
- PVC-coated polyester sunscreen mesh. Openness and color are chosen per opening. 0% is maximum coverage, not a full blackout.
- Operation
- Manual control from the bottom rail, or a motorized drive with the motor inside the roller tube.
- Controls
- Motorized systems include a handheld remote and compatible app control. Screens can be operated individually or grouped, with up to six screens per controller. Choose motor left or right as you face the opening from inside.
- Power
- Motorized screens require a hardwired 120-volt supply. They are not plug-in. Manual screens do not require power.
- Mounting
- Recessed inside the opening or surface-mounted on the face of the structure. Keep housing and side tracks clear of doors, lights, and fixtures.
- Instant-price size
- Up to 19' 8" wide and 13' 1" high. Larger openings need a Clark review before production.
- What’s included
- Screen and frame assembly, the selected manual or motorized drive, and the roller tube. Motorized systems include remote and app control. Installation labor is not included.
- Lead time
- After specification review, production typically takes five to seven days. Shipping is then up to 45 days. Made-to-order systems typically arrive about 45 days door-to-door; exact timing is confirmed with the order.
- Delivery
- Door-to-door freight. Each screen is wrapped, foam-cushioned, and braced inside its own carton, then strapped and fastened to a wooden pallet — not shipped loose in a large wooden crate. Every shipment includes a minimum delivery charge. The website shows an estimated amount based on screen count and the longest screen width; freight is confirmed during specification review.
